What I loved:

that we were all on eye level, our guides were super approachable, we all took part in exercises.
Breathwork experience itself, and how professionally it was conducted, full of care.
Very interesting exercises and methods.
The tone of the retreat - very friendly.
Safe space to share what is going on.
Availability of the facilitators. We could come and talk whenever we needed.
Amazing food, atmosphere.
I liked our dancing-connection exercises a lot.
